Welcome to Wellness by J&T. We are Jas & Trishna, two experienced and very passionate Pharmacists with a wealth of expertise and knowledge in healthcare and holistic wellness.

Founded on a strong, trusting friendship and shared experience as former colleagues, we have come together to create a vitamin injection service dedicated to supporting your health and vitality.

We currently offer a range of vitamin injections or ‘shots’ tailored to your health and wellness goals. Our services can be provided from the comfort of your home as well as offering our services at local gyms, wellness and corporate events.

Hi, I’m Jas! My passion for healthcare has always been driven by a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves to feel empowered when making decisions about their health.

Over the past decade I have practiced as a hospital and community pharmacist and currently work as a senior prescribing clinical pharmacist in a GP practice. I take immense joy in giving individuals perspective on how science and holistic health practices should coexist for optimal health.I've seen first-hand how expert pharmaceutical care, combined with an understanding of personal lifestyle choices can transform lives.

I want to help you feel your best, mentally, physically, and emotionally and thanks to my medical background and experience, I am able to provide you with an expert view on your options to support your health and wellness goals.

Over the years, I’ve worked across well renowned NHS hospitals, community pharmacies, and GP practices in London, refining my expertise in personalised, patient-focused care.

My training in aesthetics paired with my love for holistic wellbeing have allowed me to offer a well rounded, tailored approach to health. Whether this is through bespoke vitamin therapy, evidence-based guidance, or simply helping you take that next step towards feeling amazing, my goal is to support you every step of the way. Our clients often ask us about the different forms of magnesium and how to choose the right one for their needs, here’s a quick breakdown to help.

Magnesium plays a key role in energy, muscle recovery, sleep, and overall balance.

Not all forms are the same:
🍃Citrate → supports digestion
🍃Glycinate → promotes calm + restful sleep
🍃 Malate → boosts energy + muscle
function
🍃Oxide → higher magnesium content, but
less absorbed (often used for constipation
relief)

Helpful tip is to look at the ‘elemental’ (actual) content of magnesium - less than 400mg for most people is unlikely to cause any harm but always read the label carefully and if needed, consult a doctor or pharmacist for advice 👩🏽‍⚕️
